Privacy

General

We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR). Our website can be used without providing personal data.

Our IT systems automatically collect other data when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page visit). This data is recorded automatically as soon as you enter our website. These are:

  • Browser type / browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific people. It is not possible to combine this data with other data sources.

The data controller on this website is AQC as the operator of the website. The contact data can be found in the imprint.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from third-party access.

Use of cookies

Some of the websites use so-called cookies. These do no damage to your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies are used to shorten loading times and to make offers more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of websites may be restricted.

Use of the contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal email to us. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Social media

If there are links to social networks on our website, these will only be activated by clicking on them. Then there is an exchange of data between you as a user and the social network. Clicking on the button constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR. We expressly point out to the user that this data exchange can be assigned to your existing user account with these social networks.

To prevent the assignment, you should log out of your social media account beforehand.

Use of our data

We hereby expressly object to the use by third parties of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation or in articles for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
